Compatible means: written with wxWin? library usable from wxWin app? Create graph for wxWin(xpm)? Or ?

Try wxGlade if you want a free resource editor. It outputs C++, Python and XRC code.
wxDesigner is a nice but commercial RAD tool. Have a look at VisulaWx which currently is alpha state but looks promissing...
