XP Pro SP3
When RPC runs on the second (extended desktop) monitor, the vertical window sizer is missing (on all 3 tabs: Books, Resources, Files). The horizontal sizer is present on both monitors and the vertical sizer is present on the first monitor, so that's the work-around for this bug -- set the vertical window size on the first monitor and then move the window to the second monitor to use RPC. It's not a big deal, just a minor annoyance, but would be nice if you could fix it when you get a chance.
