I downloaded wxMSW-2.4.2-setup.zip, installed it and opened some of the sample dsw projects with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. In all cases, the include file wx/setup.h misses and the compiler states an error in wx/platform.h line 85.
Is this a known problem and what is the workaround? Thanks.
Hi! Just a question since I don't normally work with VC: Does the setup come with precompiled libs?? Wait, gonna check that.... Just as I thought: No precompiled libs. You'll have to compile wxWindows first in order to get the examples working. Look for install.txt and follow it. Maybe copy setup.h to include/wx, open it and edit it.
