1. rich text help file creation w/app

i'd like to include a few rich text info and help documents w/my
distribution of my exe file. i thought i read 'resource files' must be
graphics files - is there any easy way to include these rich text files
another way lik using $INCLUDE - might you have any suggestions or examples
