1. Correction done in rapidqcc.lib

Sorry folks, I had an error in my patched rapidqcc.lib. I typed an offset in backwards (you have to reverse the calculated byte order). Now the patched file is corrected and on NetCensus website as rq_fixed.zip.
Someone has reported a problem like that with the 2 libraries. I took the URL off NetCensus for those in rq2fixed.zip. When you see it back up, that will be whatever correction was needed in my patch of those.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but, hey, I had to patch EIGHT libraries, not just one. Take care, doc
