I'm not sure if it's something you can reproduce but with me RPC crashes if, after opening it, i single-click an empty space between the toolbar buttons and immediately move the mouse over a button.

I'm also getting RPC hang when i right-click the editor window scrollbar and select the "Top" option

Another time RPC hangs is when something is changed in the properties windows and upon saving the script RPC scrolls to the top and if GUI block is larger than the screen height then...
