/* Make 'CMD' the current environment */ ADDRESS 'CMD' /* Pass the command string */ 'notepad.exe'
produces the following error message:
Invalid expression in the REXX script at line number 2
I get this same result on two different windows platforms, both of which are updated regularly via the automatic microsoft update service:
1) XP home 2) Windows 7 Professional
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
Thanks NealNeal Oden | 2. #13622 Posted by: noden 2012-10-17 19:21:46 | Ah, I now see you use the ITERATEEXE command.
But let me ask another question: is there an index or table of contents for REXXBOOK? As posted on Jeff Glatt's page, REXXBOOK is apparently simply a collection of disconnected HTML pages. Useful for an experienced programmer, but difficult for newbies to navigate.Neal Oden | 3. First of all, #13623 | are you talking about what's visible in RPC ?
The attached file screen capture shows what mine looks like - is yours the same (or did you mean something else) ? | Forum List • Thread List • Refresh • New Topic • Search • Previous • Next 1 |
