There's a new example called NetUser.rex on my examples site which shows how to get information about an account.

You can peruse the page at:

Oh yeah, the last few versions of Reginald have had a CONVERTSTR() function to convert a string between ANSI and UNICODE. I'll have to document it later when I have time.
