1. Linker error, please help

I just re-installed Dev-C++ updated everything and dled wxWindows, ect. And when I attempted to compile my wxWindows programs I recieved multiple undefined reference errors. After messing with it for a while I got it down to one error

[Linker error] undefined reference to `TIFFDefaultStripSize'
C:Trent's FolderC++C++ DocumentsMy ProgramsDev C++BlakKountMakefile.win
[Build Error] [BlakKount.exe] Error 1

The include files I'm using are:
wx/splash
wx/image
wx/bitmap

My linker options are set to:
-Wl,--subsystem,windows -mwindows -lwxmsw -lstdc++ -lgcc -lodbc32 -lwsock32 -lwinspool -lwinmm -lshell32 -lcomctl32 -lctl3d32 -ladvapi32 -lopengl32 -lglu32 -lole32 -loleaut32 -luuid
-ltiff
-lpng
-ljpeg
-lzlib

I used to be able to compiler the programs not a week ago, so its annoying. And my programs compile fine when I dont use anything from <wx/image.h>

It didnt work, I got the same error
