Could I possibly get a step-by-step instructions as to how to get wxWidgets to work for dev C++. I have:
dev c++ 4.9.8.0
wxWidgets 2.4.2 Source Code

So if anyone could explain, step by step as to how have this work, that would awesome.

Check this tutorial out.

They have set up a wxWidgets editor for dev-c++
