In Europe the comma is used for the decimal separator, elsewhere it is the point. Problem is that Rapid Q on a European PC will somehow accept input using the point on the main keyboard but though the point from the numberpad shows - as a point, like the other point - it is NOT recognized somehow (saving and retrieving drops the decimal portion(s) of inputs).
As MS software (like Office apps) auto switches between the decimal separator (making the numpad point a comma on use) I was wondering;
HOW can I see the languag a PC is set too / how can I see the decimal separator the computer in question is set to?
