1. getting the output from a chell command into RapidQ?

Hi,

Is there any simple way of getting the output from a RUN or SHELL command into RapidQ?

for example if i write RUN "dir" or pid=shell("dir",1) i would like to be able to write something like.

a$=run "dir" then a$ should contain the output from the dir command.
