Enum_VoiceData

Get_VoiceName
Speak_String <-- Set vol,pitch etc as well
Pause_Speech
Stop_Speech
Resume_Speech
Delete_Speech
Get_Volume
Get_Pitch
Get_Speed
End_Speech

Speech.dll will be uploaded tonight - Mon 10 Feb British Time.
