GuiSay doesn't seem to be any embedded '0A0D'x in the string I display. There are no line breaks. For example:
LIBRARY rexxgui
guisay("Line 1" || '0A0D'x  || "Line 2")

Your problem is that '0A0D'X is not the same as '0D0A'X. You must use the latter not the former for a line break under Windows.
