This is my plan: 1. converting all htlm files to RTF documents using a MS Word utility. 2. Using the structure of the documents provided by Jeff to create a concatenated RTF document containing the relevant documents of 1. 3. converting this document to PDF.
1. is already done, and the converted documents look pretty much the same as the HTM files. 2. is under construction,
I am expecting a first version within the next couple days.
would be - try and make the results such that they are "page-oriented". NO idea if that's the correct expression, but what I mean is that you format/create the results so that (as far as possible) new topics start on a new page. That way, if Jeff updates what would be pages 20-25 of the final results, I don't have to print all 150 pages (or however many there'd be) - just pages 20-25.
Gentlemen, I do not re-write the manuals, that's for sure! I also don't do any reformatting. Although I thought about a Quick Reference Guide for the functions (drop all samples). We will see.

PS: to give you a flavour I attach you a first cut.
