Basically there's no app set up for the DevPak extension, the Package Manager doesn't seem to have any option for opening files, and I'm struggling to find docs online. I'm using the latest stable version (v4). Exactly what am I doing wrong?!

I seem to remember reading about other people having problems with the package manager being registered with devpacks when installed, you should add it manually (if you like, I always open from packman anyway). From my packages directory (might be in DevPaks if you have v4)
..packman.exe sdl.devpak

Now here's the bit where I feel thick. I can't find any install button in either the Dev-C++ IDE or the package manager. The package manager also isn't showing any info on the files (though given the DevPak format that's understandable), or any way of installing them.

In the older versions the devpacks are stored in the 'DevPaks' directory, packman stores info on installed packages in 'packages', so the devpacks being there are confusing it. If moving them to 'DevPaks' doesn't help (there must be an install in the file menu?) then I don't know.
