It was great on Amiga. You could save any kind of data in a very flexible data structure for exchange between my application. My understanding is that the evolution of IFF is the RIFF format, used for AVI too.
I planned to write my application data in a RIFF conformant file. Of course it is not an AVI, an ILBM or other specific data. It is a NEW data file, with its own RIFF structure. Now, before trying to port a RIFF parser to a full compliant wxWindow class, the obvious question is: does it already exist? Since wxWindow is able to read other RIFF files, I suspect that the code is already there. So, is there a RIFF parser in wxWindow?
Thank you in advance.

Check the contributions on the website and search the mailing lists. Maybe there is something but I forgot about it.

I was not able to find them.
