Is it possible to cross compile a wxWidget program with mingw to obtain a linux binary ?

You mean compiling a ELF executable for Linux under Windows using mingw-gcc?
Hmmm, I'm affraid that this would be a quite hard task. Although I heard of a windows2linux cross compiler in some forums, I never found one or somebody who claimed to have compiled one.
From Linux to Windows is possible. There is a cross compiler for windows running on linux using the mingw toolchain.

I will investigate a bit more to find if it's possible but after a few days of 'google work' I doubt it can be done.

Thanks for your help, if I find something I'll report it to this forum.
