1. Abnormal closing of wxWidgets Application

Hi,
I have developed a small application using wxWidgets Library. When I'm trying to execute the application under windows, the application opens normally. But whenever I'm pressing the character b, c, d, p, u(lower/upper case), the application gets closed abnormally.

In the output window, I would able to see like

"No accel key found, accel string ignored."
The thread 0x210 has exited with code 0 (0x0)

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?
